I’d like to extend a very warm welcome to all members of the British Tang Soo Do
Institute which practices the Korean martial art of Tang Soo Do.
The club training of self defence techniques covers many aspects of fitness including flexibility, coordination, conditioning, balance and discipline helping to promote a healthy lifestyle.
Learning these self defence techniques help to improve confidence and could prove life saving if needed in a real life situation to keep you safe.

Our clubs welcome mixed abilities of all ages. Jeff's ultimate goal is for people to come along and enjoy themselves whilst learning the Korean martial art of Tang Soo Do in a supportive friendly environment where we develop and support each other. He is committed to improving student's fitness, self-defence techniques and supporting them in achieving their goals.
